Congrats! You should receive a confirmation email letting you know the order has been placed. At this time we will then begin to source the material from our warehouse and wait until it is received in house. This process can take 4-10 business days.
Step 2
After we received the material in house we will immediately begin to customize the wig based off your order. This process can take 1-2 business days before moving to the final step.
Step 3
You should recieve a notification that your order is ready to be shipped. Depending on the shipping method will determine how soon the order will arrive to you. This process can take 3-7 business day.
